Run Portal Application

EPDS.web and FDS.web, the web portal application, provides customer web access to EPDS and FDS respectively. It allows your customers to enter requests for quote (RFQ's) and view information related to their own activity. Through the web portal, your customers can view the status of their quotes, open orders, shipment history and order history. In addition, they can view your inventory to check availability and pricing.

Because the web portal is fully integrated with EPDS or FDS and shares the same database, there is no copying or loading of data. Customers see real-time information and they see only the information you want them to see in real-time.

With your purchase of EPDS.web or FDS.web, Axiom can integrate it with your existing web site and configure it the way you want it to work thus providing a seamless bridge between your web site and your customer web portal.

Installation Requirements
The portal must be hosted by a web server that is running Microsoft Internet Information Server Version 5 or higher (IIS). In addition, the web server must have ODBC connectivity to the database server that is running EPDS or FDS.

To run this demo, you need the following:

  High speed Internet connection (56K or faster)
  Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.0 or higher
  SVGA Monitor running a screen resolution of 800x600
