Axiom makes a point of being beside you every step of the way, so
you can be confident about your move to ePDS or FDS. We believe that initial
and ongoing end-user training is a key to getting the most out of our systems,
which are not difficult to use, but are rich in features.
Because every company is different, Axiom creates a customized training plan for each client that signs up. Aimed to ensure that companies get the most out of ePDS and FDS, our training program typically consists of the following:
1. Web-based pre-training: Soon after you sign up with Axiom, and once your hardware platform is in place, our software engineers will install ePDS or FDS. We then provide web-based training so you can become familiar with the software; complete basic tasks; understand the system so it can be configured for your specific requirements; and properly examine the data that was migrated from your prior system (if any).
2. On-site training (on or before going live): One or several Axiom instructors will go on site to instruct and coach your staff, and train them in a minimal amount of time. Larger companies with several locations will need to coordinate system implementation and training among various warehouses, branches, and sales locations; in such cases, Axiom can assist you with the logistics.
3. Post-installation training: Following on-site training, we provide additional web-based training for up to two weeks, if needed. During these sessions, the instructor will connect to, and work directly on, your system. The instructor can take control of the system while you watch, or you can control the system while he or she observes your actions. This way, questions and challenges can be addressed quickly.
4. Ongoing training: To help you get the most from your investment, Axiom offers ongoing training that is customized to meet your needs and budget. We can provide web-based remote training, or an Axiom application specialist will visit your offices. In addition, Axiom offers webinars on specific topics of interest to ePDS users. Axiom users often participate in ongoing training when new staff is added, changes occur in their business, or new enhancements are introduced to ePDS or FDS.
